Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will share with you detailed return instructions accordingly. 

We will be happy to assist you through support@bamteek.com to initiate a return or for any return related inquiries. 

Subscriptions

Depending on your subscription details, subscription orders will be automatically issued every 30 or 60 days from the date of first order placement. You would then receive an automatic message stating that your order is being dispatched. As such, cancellations of subscription orders have to be conducted before the order placement date.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or any other thing that went wrong. Rest assured that we will make it right for you. 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and after checking the return we will then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bamteek.com and will investigate and resolve the matter accordingly.
